The Mega Menu simplifies how customers navigate your storefront, especially when dealing with extensive product catalogs. By introducing a structured, dropdown-style navigation, users can effortlessly browse categories and subcategories, improving their shopping experience and increasing conversion potential.

This feature allows dealers to maintain control over category organization via Dealer Admin, with automatic updates reflected directly on the storefront. No customization needed—just streamlined, intuitive navigation.

How it works

For Dealers

  • Set up categories:
    • Navigate to Dealer Admin > Product Catalog > Categories.
    • Create your desired category structure (supports unlimited nesting).
  • Automatic display:
    • The Mega Menu reflects your category structure automatically.
    • Updates made in Dealer Admin are published live.
  • Character limit:
    • Category names are limited to 17 characters.
    • Bulk uploads or manual entries exceeding this limit will fail validation.

For Customers

  • Browsing categories:
    • Hover or tap on the menu to reveal up to 3 vertical panes of categories.
    • View subcategories clearly, with deeper levels accessible via the product page.
  • Shop all options:
    • Click “Shop All” at the top of any category pane to view all products in that category.
    • Navigate to an All Products page from the mega menu to explore the full catalog.
  • Breadcrumb navigation:
    • See your path within the menu, with easy backward navigation via arrows or breadcrumbs.

Using the Mega Menu

  1. Open the menu: Hover over or click the category navigation bar.
  2. Explore:
    • View main categories and hover to expand subcategories.
    • Use breadcrumbs to track your position and move back.
  3. Select a category:
    • Click a subcategory to view its product listing page.
    • Use “Shop All” to explore all items within a parent category.
