Google Local Listings – Shipping Policy Requirements

To appear in Google Local / Free Product Listings, Google requires clear shipping information for your products.

Requirements

You must provide:

  • Shipping cost (free, flat rate, carrier-calculated, or pickup)
  • Delivery timeframe (ex: 3–5 business days)
  • Shipping regions (where you do and do not ship)
  • Consistency between your website and Google settings

Products may not appear on Google if shipping info is missing or unclear.

How Shipping Info Is Submitted

Shipping details can be provided through:

  • Google Merchant Center (most common)
  • Google Search Console
  • Your website’s shipping policy

Your website must clearly display your shipping terms, even if you configure them in Google tools.
